Tri-County Health Department Vaccination Clinics

October 14, 2009

The Tri-County Health Department has asked the Cherry Creek School District to provide space for free H1N1 vaccinations within our community. In addition to the clinics being held at the Cherry Creek schools, Tri-County Clinics also will be held at schools in Adams, Arapahoe and Douglas Counties.

To assist in planning, we are conducting an online survey to determine the level of interest in attending the clinics. Click Here to take survey . Completing this survey does not guarantee availability of vaccinations or commit you to attending. The dates of the Cherry Creek clinics are:

  • Thunder Ridge Middle School, Mon., Nov. 9, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Prairie Middle School, Tues., Nov.10, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
